**Office Administrator/Receptionist - Urgent Hiring**
Qualification : Graduate B.A, B.Com & B.Sc with 0-2-year work experience as an Office Admin with good communication.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain workplace security and manage visitor logs.
- Assist with administrative tasks like copying, faxing, note-taking, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting and training rooms.
- Answer phones professionally and direct calls as needed.
- Manage attendance logs, files, and records.
- Oversee housekeeping activities and ensure cleanliness per the checklist.
- Raise purchase requests for office and cafeteria supplies.
- Schedule appointments as directed by the manager.
- Keep the AMC list updated.
- Maintain inventory of office and site assets.
- Perform multitasking with excellent communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
