Duties - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Provide general administrative and clerical support, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as assigned - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed - Manage office supplies and inventory - Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.

Experience - Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is preferred - Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Experience working in a medical office or as a medical receptionist is a plus

Skills: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented mindset - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
