Public Relations Coordinator

**-Job Description**:The PR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company’s public relations efforts by managing the coordination of various PR projects, events and initiatives. He/she will work closely with the PR team, as well as other departments, to ensure that communication efforts are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage content for the organization’s website, social media(YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and other digital channels(Google Page and Google Sheets)
- Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing.
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists and other influencers.
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.
- Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots.
- Maintain and update different architectural awards and magazines.
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme).
- Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
- Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities.

- Monitoring and tracking media coverage of the organization or client, and providing regular reports to management.

- **Job Requirements**:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related filed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Having knowledge of media relation practices.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of social media strategies.
- Baisc computer skills.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
