**Project Coordinator**
You will be responsible for overseeing all the project related work. Duties may include creating work schedules for your team and allocating responsibilities. A project coordinator’s main duties are to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. You will be handling multiple projects within a fast-paced environment. So, you should be open to constant changes and challenges.
**Role & Responsibilities**
- Keep track of and report on project progress.
- Complete any tasks assigned by authorities in an efficient and timely manner.
- Perform administrative duties such as setting up meetings with clients and vendors.
- Managing the project team, including task delegation and work schedule.
- Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
- Prepare weekly report of each & employee and project in office.
- Assign tasks one after another when one phase of drawings is complete.
- To give handovers properly in given time period.
- There should be flexibility depending on the project/client’s demand and requirements.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
