**Eligibility**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, computer science or related field or an MBA. Relevant experience in project management/coordinator well versed with project management software tools
- Good working knowledge of Agile management techniques
- Proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to take initiatives and being resourceful - Ability to multi-task and work in a team and independently
- **A minimum of 2 year of experience in project coordination or a related field**.
**Training period**: 2 weeks
**Increment Policy**: annually based on the performance
**Hiring Process**

**Brief Description**
Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Sr. Business Analyst to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with product owners and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
**Objectives of this Role**The main goal of Project Coordinator is to make sure that the project runs smoothly by tracking project progress and timely communicating its status to management and project members, as well as making sure that project members communicate with each other.
**Responsibilities & Duties**: - Responsible to coordinate Client Implementation for On-boarding of Clients
- Project coordination related duties such as scheduling kick-off meetings, internal project coordination and frequent customer interaction throughout the life cycle of the Project. The role will involve the responsibility to oversee all aspects of Projects Implementation. Formulate Project Plans, Create User Stories, Monitor and Summarize progress of the Project
- Prepare Project Status reports for Top Management
- Identify roadblocks and initiate remedial action for execution and completion of tasks
- Should be able to Present the Presentations to Indian Team, US Team & Investors
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
