Project Coordinator

**Job Description-**
As a project coordinator, you play a pivotal role in project success by facilitating efficient planning, task allocation, and resource management. You work closely with project managers and team members to define project goals, maintain documentation, and ensure everyone understands their roles. Your responsibilities encompass resource allocation, and the maintenance of project plans and schedules. Through effective coordination and communication, you contribute to the smooth execution of projects, helping teams achieve their objectives and deliver high-quality results on time.
**What You Will be Doing-**
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers and team members.
- Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project milestones.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Schedule and organize project meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, and presentations.
- Track project progress, update project dashboards, and report on key metrics.
- Support project risk management efforts by identifying potential risks, assisting in the development of mitigation strategies, and monitoring risk throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project activities.
- Assist in the identification and resolution of project issues and conflicts.
- Maintain project files, databases, and other project-related documentation.
**Requirements-**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent work experience (2-5 years).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Good hand on MS Excel (Vlookup, pivot table etc.).
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
