Front Office Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist visitors in navigating the office and provide them with necessary information.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Maintain and update contact lists and calendars.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update documents and spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong phone handling skills and experience with managing multiple lines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
