**Description**
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Timely management of a incoming and outgoing calls
- Solely responsible and accountable for the complete Front Desk Operations.
- Answer phone calls provide routine information to callers and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments.
- Assist all walk-ins with the inquiry forms and direct them to the respective managers.
- Professionally answering phones, and routing calls as necessary
- Contact potential customers who have shown interest in our Products to provide additional information and answer queries.
- Answering questions about a company's products or services.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Telecalling
- Client handling
- Knowledge about MS Office
Language Required
- English
- Kannada
- Hindi
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
