**Job description**
**This position reports to Sales Manager**
- End to End sales process of vacant properties
- Conduct site visit when required
- Lead Generation through offline real estate network
- Maintain and update database as per company standards
- Assisting preparing necessary paperwork/property documents
- Target 1 property sale per month
**Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- Proffeciant in English and other local language is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Customer Relationship Management &Negotiation skills
- Energy, Aggression, Enthusiasm and Confidence
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
