**Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop innovative sales strategies. Implement tactics to increase sales performance and drive revenue growth.

**Team Training and Development**:Organize training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales strategy.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market trends and practices.

Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
