We are seeking motivated and experienced Sales Executives with 1-2 years of proven success in the real estate industry. As a key member of our dynamic sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving property sales and achieving revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.

Showcase and promote properties to prospective buyers through various channels.

Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the buying process.

Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Stay informed about industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of 1-2 years in real estate sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
