Role: Customer Support Representative
Location: Faridabad
**Salary**: 15k-20k
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Assist customers with technical issues, product usage, and other inquiries related to our products or services. Troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
Order Processing: Handle customer orders, track shipments, and provide updates on delivery status. Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers and promote their benefits effectively.
Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments, ensuring a swift resolution and preventing recurrence.
Maintain Records: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system to keep comprehensive records.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and ensure a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve processes, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent. Graduates are preferred, but freshers are also eligible to apply.
Good English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential to effectively communicate with customers.
Empathy and Patience: Display a patient and empathetic approach towards customers, showing understanding and compassion when addressing their concerns.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and rationally in resolving customer issues.
Multitasking: Efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
