**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calling**:
- Make outbound calls to retailers and showroom owners to introduce and promote our offerings.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique business needs and challenges.
- Serve as a point of contact to address client queries and concerns promptly.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Identify and generate potential leads through outbound calls.
- Follow up with leads consistently to convert them into active users.
- **Database Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and client feedback in the CRM system.
- Ensure data is updated and easily accessible for reporting purposes.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the company.
- **Feedback and Insights**:
- Gather feedback from clients regarding their experiences with our services.
- Provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams on market trends and customer responses.
**Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, and regional language.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Personality**: Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
