Ensure compliance with all technical, contractual, and federal requirements, actively participating in compliance reviews and validation.

Conduct research and interviews to gather necessary information and technical data for proposal development.

Review and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with the RFP and organizational standards.

Work closely with the proposal manager to meet proposal deadlines and ensure all technical sections are completed on time.

Participate in color team reviews, incorporating feedback to enhance the technical content's quality and persuasiveness.

Contribute to proposal process improvement initiatives, including template development, style guide enhancements, and knowledge management.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven hands-on experience (at least 3-5 years) as a technical writer, preferably in the federal government contracting space.

Exceptional writing skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

Familiarity with federal procurement processes, including FAR, DFARS, and other relevant regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet proposal development milestones.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with proposal management tools (e.g., Privia, SharePoint) is a plus.

Knowledge of industry-standard proposal best practices and writing methodologies.

Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and effectively communicate them to various audiences.

Eligibility to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances, if required for specific government contracts.

Pay: ₹10,295.25 - ₹59,800.39 per month
