We are seeking a skilled proposal writer to join our IT company's team. As a proposal writer, you will be responsible for developing and submitting proposals to clients, which includes understanding and articulating the technical scope and delivering content to a high standard of quality, in a timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, as well as independently to meet strict deadlines.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, developers, business analysts, and project managers, to develop technical and commercial proposals in response to client requirements.
- Research and analyze client requirements, including proposal and RFP requirements, and develop effective solutions to address them.
- Develop proposals that clearly articulate the technical scope, including functional and technical requirements, system architecture, design, development, and testing approach, deployment strategy, and support model.
- Write, edit, and proofread proposal content, ensuring that it is accurate, clear, and compelling.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging and branding across all proposals and other documentation.
- Manage and prioritize multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously, while ensuring that each proposal is compliant with client requirements and aligns with company standards.
- Ensure that proposals are delivered on time, in full and of high quality.
- Maintain proposal content and templates in a centralized repository, ensuring that it is up-to-date and relevant.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing, or other related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in proposal writing or technical writing within the IT industry. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with proposal management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
