**Title**: Remote Proposal Writer (Based in India) - U.S. Civil Engineering Consulting Firm

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to gather information for proposals.
- Write, edit, and proofread proposals for various civil engineering projects.
- Ensure proposals meet client requirements and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain a library of proposal content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, English, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong track record as a proposal writer within the engineering domain, preferably with some experience working for U.S. firms.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
