**Job Title**: Mid-Level Proposal Writer (Commercial)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and creative teams to develop well-structured proposals for commercial opportunities, including advertisements, branded content, and campaigns.
- **Content Creation**: Write clear, engaging, and tailored proposal content, including executive summaries, strategies, value propositions, and case studies.
- **Research and Analysis**: Gather insights on client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to create targeted proposals that resonate with potential clients.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and ensuring consistent quality.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect necessary inputs, such as budgets, timelines, creative concepts, and technical specifications.
- **Quality Assurance**: Edit and proofread proposals to maintain a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- **Client Engagement**: Support client-facing teams in presenting and revising proposals to address feedback and secure approvals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in proposal writing, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the commercial or advertising industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to distill complex ideas into clear and concise messaging.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with commercial production, advertising, or creative industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or other design software to enhance proposal visuals.
- Knowledge of RFP/RFQ processes and compliance requirements.
- Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats.
