**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Improve onboarding processes.
- Maintain and develop customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the creative team
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as required.
- Aid in product design and product development.
- Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Executive/Manager
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Highly organized and with the ability to multitask.
- Should be comfortable and open to working night shifts
- Self-driven and proactive nature.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Customer Success department.
- Good understanding of the customer's concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
