Role: Customer Success Executive
Exp - Fresher
CTC - 10K Stipend
Location - Jayanagar in Bangalore
About the Company:
We are seeking a dynamic personwith excellent communication skills, who will work in our Customer Success division. The person will be involved in client coordination, consulting, training and support activities, and will strive towards providing overall customer satisfaction and delight, in the digital marketing space. We view Customer Success as a significant function in offering a valuable experience to our clients and this person will be part of and grow in this area.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- On-board new clients on our GTM platform, ensuring they quickly adopt and use Camp.
- Provide training and best practice insights to help clients maximize their marketing efforts using Camp.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
- Participate in implementation and customization wherever needed
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Manage client inquiries and technical issuesby collaborating with internal product development teams.
- Meet SLAs for ticket management
- Be proactive and recommend features and strategies to help clients reach their marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyse the enormous amount of campaign data
- Work with the product, sales, and technical teams to relay client feedback, suggest product improvements, and enhance the overall customer experience.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients
- Understanding of digital marketing is a plus
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
