**Job Summary**:
We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team As a CSE, you'll ensure our customers have a seamless experience with our properties and services.

**Responsibilities**:
A customer success executive (CSE) works to ensure that customers achieve their goals while using a company's products or services. A CSE's responsibilities include:
**Building relationships**

CSEs build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and advocating for them within the company.

**Managing customer metrics**

CSEs monitor customer metrics like usage data, renewal dates, and health indicators.

**Evaluating product adoption**

CSEs assess how well customers are adopting a product or portal, and provide guidance to address any issues.

**Creating a customer success plan**

CSEs develop a plan that sets expectations, ensures personalized value, and drives a positive customer experience.

**Managing risks**

CSEs identify and address risks to customer success, and deploy cross-functional support to resolve them.

**Partnering with other teams**

CSEs work with sales, delivery, and support teams to set expectations and ensure successful deployment of solutions and services.

**Increasing customer retention**

CSEs work to reduce churn, or the number of customers who cancel their memberships or plans.

**Encouraging upsells and cross-sells**

CSEs encourage existing customers to purchase additional products or services

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in customer success or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and advocate internally
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and results-driven
