Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand partnerships, upsell services, and contribute to revenue growth.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, Product, and operations to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with partners to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from partners to continuously improve services and enhance the overall client experience.Reporting: Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, key metrics, and market trends to inform decision -making
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
