Celebrities Management Private Limited owns & operates television channels including Travelxp TV the worlds leading travel channel & Foodxp a food channel. Travelxp is today present in more than

110 countries globally and is set to increase its distribution both as a linear channel and an OTT service which it has currently launched in India. Celebrities produces all the content for its channels and given our ambitious lineup we need an Alliance executive who will oversee production of the shows It is a very demanding job role that requires long work hours during shoot - but it can also be a very diverse and rewarding and you get to travel

**Job Description**:

- Work with the director to understand the location & other requirements for the series.
- Coordinate with the tourism boards/consulates and partners for the location filming permits
- Align & negotiate with talent required for the series
- During the shoot act as a glue keeping the whole team working seamlessly and taking care of all the requirements of the team without delay in shoot.
- Assess Risk management and ensure mínimal risk during the shoot
- Oversee budget and ensure that shoot is completed within the set budget
- Deal with any emergency that may crop up during shoot
- After shoot submit final expense and documents required to the team

Key Skills
- Leadership: be a direct, effective and diplomatic communicator
- Negotiation: secure the best deals, have keen business acumen and an up-to-date knowledge of the market
- Risk management: mitigate risk in all aspects of production, from financial to operational and welfare
- Implementing policies and protocols: ensure all productions follow health and safety and data protection guidelines, compliance and copyright protocol.
- Time Management: ensure a workflow is maintained and followed to complete tasks in given timeframe
- Crisis Management: Have an ability to deal with any crisis with a calm and composed manner & decisively.
- Willing to Travel

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
