- Datavail is seeking an experienced Oracle Alliance Operations person to help improve our existing Oracle Alliance Program. This is a great opportunity to help take our existing Oracle partnership to the next level.
- Datavail has an established partnership with Oracle driving both Oracle SaaS sales / implementations for ERP, EPM, HCM and SCM; along with migrations of client’s legacy Oracle workloads from on-prem to OCI.
- Datavail has achieved 3 Oracle cloud badges and successfully implemented Oracle SaaS for many customers in the past 2 years. Currently Datavail’s capabilities exceed our partnership status with Oracle, which sets us up for rapid success and advancement in the Oracle ecosystem. In the next 6 months we expect to achieve five or more cloud badges for SaaS and OCI.
- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Alliance operations person who has prior experience with Oracle Partner Network (OPN) portal to execute the operational processes with Oracle for registering consultant certifications, driving cloud competencies, handling new sales opportunity registrations, purchase training credits, exam vouchers and demonstration instances.
- This person will report to and receive guidance from Datavail’s Director of Oracle Alliance Channel and Marketing located in India. They will also interact on a regular basis with Datavail’s President of Enterprise Applications, the VP of Cloud Strategy and Strategic Alliances along with the Alliance Director, who are all located in the US.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Input Datavail’s information in the Oracle Partner Network (OPN) Portal.
- Drive attainment of Oracle Cloud Badges.
- Register all Datavail consultant certifications for Oracle.
- Monitor consumption of Oracle training credits and exam vouchers, process new orders when appropriate.
- Register all Datavail new sales opportunities for Oracle SaaS and Oracle OCI.
- Manage the Oracle partner financial incentive program to receive the appropriate financial incentives from Oracle for Oracle SaaS and OCI subscriptions and implementations.
- Foster a good working relationship with key Oracle Alliance personnel to help to increase Datavail brand awareness within Oracle and to help to drive more leads from Oracle to Datavail.
- Assist Datavail’s sales team in getting connected with the Oracle field sales team members that align to their territories, customers and prospects.
- Gain a good understanding of Datavail’s Oracle Applications and OCI capabilities to effectively promote Datavail with Oracle Alliance Directors and Operational personnel

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- 3+ years of experience in working with an established Oracle Alliance partner.
- Existing understanding of Oracle Alliance programs including Cloud Competencies, Consultant Certifications, Partner Incentive programs.
- Prior experience with OPN (Oracle Partner Network) portal.
- Excellent business judgment to make sound business driven decisions when executing Oracle Alliance Program operational tasks.
- Strong, clear, succinct written & oral communication skills and ability to produce documents and presentations that are ready for management review.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to rapidly build rapport and trust with across business functions.
Very strong attention to detail and strong track record of completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- BA/BS degree preferred OR equivalent experience.
