**Job Summary**:
As a Marketing & Sponsorship Executive at [Company Name], you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products/services and enhance brand visibility. You will also play a key role in identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities to support our business objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for building relationships and driving results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote Playzone Media Management Pvt Ltd products/services across various channels, including digital, print, events, and social media.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisements.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue sponsorship opportunities that align with Playzone Media Management Pvt Ltd brand and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and industry influencers to maximize sponsorship benefits.
- Track and analyze marketing and sponsorship performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing and sponsorship strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, sponsorship, or related roles, preferably in PR and Event Management.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
