Position - Sponsorship Sales
Location: Noida
Key Areas of responsibility & Tasks:
- Relevant B2B Sponsorship Sales experience, have excellent executive presence and the ability to lead and close a complex sales process
- Forge and foster relationships with existing and new clients
- Support marketing team to build strategic tie-ups with key stakeholders in the sectors
- Constantly monitor market penetration and design strategies to strengthen our footprint within the sectors
- Generate and close new business opportunities through targeted outreach with prospective client contacts, networking, leveraging existing relationships
- Conduct relevant market research and analysis to identify key trends in the sectors advertising and marketing strategies and provide a solution to those strategic needs
- Create and pitch proposals which include media plans, content and creative services
- Generate RFP opportunities through meetings and constant correspondence
- Manage the new business pipeline, as well as weekly status and quarterly reports
- Guide campaign process including generating agreements, leading kickoff calls and providing client support from beginning to end of each campaign engagement In some instances client account management will be required
- Maximize revenue and ensure that revenue targets attached to sponsorships are achieved
- Proper mapping of sectors and make sure the shortlisted categories within the sectors are tapped
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in B2B industry
- Must have done Sponsorship or Digital sales in B2B conferences
- The ideal candidate should be result driven, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Active participant in industry networking and events
- Proficiency in social media and communication tools
