**STRUCTURE**

**Department**: International Sales

Reports to: Head - International Sales

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Achieving Individual International Sales Target for the continents assigned
- Conducting market research to identify potential selling possibilities and strategies

for international market penetration
- Doing market research and market analysis for new markets and potential

customers and to determine the biggest potential for the company’s products
- To lead the international sales team by developing marketing and sales strategies

for entries in new countries for business expansion
- Handling accounts of new and existing customers
- Dealers’ empanelment on company's Board in co-ordinating with Reporting Manager
- Handling quotations, price negotiations and offers to customers as applicable
- Providing demo’s to customers in co-ordination with the internal support team
- Co-ordinating with regulatory department for product registration
- Ensuring timely payments against the orders delivered
- Reviewing performance of existing dealers for necessary action on quarterly basis
- Planning and executing international exhibitions
- Handling high-level customer service issues with prompt resolve
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by Manager

**SKIILS / COMPETENCIES NEEDED**:

- Effective communication skills
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

**QUALIFICATIONS**:Graduate Engineer

**EXPERIENCE **:5+ years in handling Sales in International Market

**Gender** : Male

**Job Location** : Rabale

**Salary** : Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 85,000

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
