In the capacity of Engineer - Sales you will be responsible to focus on analysing the Environmental Mobility segment trends (in Industrial Automation Industry) to capture the market share in the specific timeframe. Aggressively promote and sale the entire range of Omron products & its solutions to penetrate the Environmental Mobility (Automotive) market of the assigned region & leverage OMRON strength.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Responsible to achieve the sales targets in the assigned region stipulated by the management.
2. Responsible to execute & perform basis the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and strategies as per the business sales forecast.
3. To achieve the targets assigned by the management.
4. To identify potential customers in the segments of Environmental Mobility
5. To foster the sales revenues by offering Omron one step solutions to OEMs & direct customer (end users) in the Environmental Mobility segment across the assigned territory.
6. Creating account plans for each (KEY) account and manage the execution plan against each of these plans.
7. Co-ordinate and build positive relationship within different department/s of the organization (Omron) to deliver the best services as per the commitment given to customer, in-line with the customer expectations.
8. Develop & maintain good network, healthy business relationship with customers and Channel Partners.
9. Report and MIS preparation.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**
- B.E or equivalent diploma or MBA or equivalent in any stream
- Minimum of 04+ years of experience of industrial automation sales, into Environmental Mobility segment.
- Should have exposure of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Motion Servos, Sensors, Vision, components, Robotics product experience would be an added advantage.
- Experience to handle big End user and OEMs in Pharma, Environmental Mobility segment.
- Competent to independently handle product demo and technical queries for customers.
- Good Communication & Presentation skills with an eye for details.
- Sense of Urgency, target oriented and dedicate extra hours if needed on assignments.
