We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products and medical devices to healthcare professionals, with a specific focus on establishing and maintaining strong connections with Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) doctors in Chennai, Coimbatore, Vellore, and Tiruchirappalli.


Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

- Identify and prioritize key ENT doctors in the designated area for business development.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with ENT doctors through regular visits and communication.

- Provide product information and training to healthcare professionals.

- Conduct product presentations and organize promotional events.

- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in medical sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated area.

- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.


Additional Value:

- Experience in connecting with ENT doctors and understanding their specific needs and preferences.

- Existing network of ENT doctors in Chennai, Coimbatore, Vellore, and Tiruchirappalli.

- Knowledge of ENT-related medical products and devices.
