**Manager Event Sales & Planning/Promotions**
- **The incumbent must have strong in verbal and written communication**
- **Responsible for developing contacts and coordinate with event agencies, corporates, and other stakeholders to bring a variety of events to the venue**
- **The incumbent is responsible for driving the Event Space Sales Business aggressively and ensure achievement of revenue targets month on month**
- **Responsible to create a solid event sales and venue promotion plan along with the internal team and achieve set revenue targets**
- **The incumbent should be able to work with the marketing team to achieve event space positioning and goals**
- **Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to convince and close deals**
- **Abides by all Company policies and procedures.**
- **Must be ready to handle all the situations**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality corporate events such as product launches, conferences, exhibitions, award ceremonies, and team building activities.**
- **Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering arrangements, audio-visual equipment rental, and transportation coordination.**
- **Develop detailed project plans and timelines for events from concept to execution.**
- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of events on time and within budget.**
- **Ensure effective communication with clients throughout the entire event lifecycle.**

**Job description**:

- Conducts telephone conversations to identify and qualify prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in Excel spreadsheet format.**:

- Investigate and create new revenue generating events & ideas**:

- Assist in education and training of sales teams on events and sponsorship opportunities**:

- Assist account representatives with preparing & presenting event sales presentations**:

- Brainstorm and develop custom activation plans for account representatives & clients**:

- Create and manage sales collateral for event packages**:

- Create customized sponsorships and sales materials as needed**:

- Analyze the value and reporting results of each event**:

- Create event re-cap presentations for internal and external purposes.**

**Job Requirements**:

- **Strong understanding of event management principles including budgeting, costing, sales strategies.**
- **Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask under pressure.**
- **Proficiency in using software tools for event planning such as Eventbrite or similar platforms.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Event marketing: 1 year (preferred)
