**About the job**:
We're looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced B2B Performance Marketer to develop, implement, track and optimise our B2B digital marketing campaigns across paid digital channels. This would be a high ownership role where you will manage clients independently. You will get the ability to test out various growth tactics and collaborate with people from different departments to see how well your ideas work. **Experience & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- In depth experience in client management and successful paid media delivery in the B2B space is required
- Having experience in running LinkedIn Ads is a plus
- 0 to 2 years of experience running performance campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Ability to multitask, upskill, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent communication and presentation skills
- both interpersonal and written

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- End-to-end campaign strategy and execution on channels like Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. for B2B companies
- Understanding B2B client goals and agency deliverables
- Contributing ideas to grow the clients’ business
- Creating strategic plans and content (including inputs for creatives and ads) for Lead awareness / Lead Nurturing / Lead Generation across all paid channels
- Monitoring progress of campaigns using various reporting tools day-to-day liaison with internal team members on campaign developments
- Understanding the competitive landscape and strategies that competitors are using for B2B lead generation and brand building across all paid channels
- Formatting and preparing weekly performance reports for clients
- Keeping abreast of the most recent developments in digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies (especially in the B2B space)

**Salary**: From ₹35,000.00 per month
