- Utilize the hotel's reservation system to input and update guest information, room preferences, and special requests accurately
- Monitor room availability, rates, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing detailed information about room types, amenities, and hotel services
- Assist guests in selecting appropriate accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and special requirements
- Address guest concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and special packages to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
- Identify opportunities for upselling room upgrades, additional services, and amenities to guests during the reservation process
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions in the hotel's reservation system
- Prepare daily reports on room availability, occupancy rates, and reservation statistics for management review
- Process billing and payment transactions accurately and efficiently, following hotel procedures and protocols

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, or any graduate
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in multiple languages preferred
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
