Reservation Executive

**Profile Introduction**:
The Reservation Executive will manage guest reservations, handle booking inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth and efficient reservation process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to inquiries about room availability, rates, and hotel services. Provide detailed information to assist guests in making informed booking decisions.
- Send booking confirmations and updates to guests. Ensure all reservation details are accurate and complete.
- Monitor and update room rates, promotions, and availability according to hotel policies. Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and rate structures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and concerns promptly. Assist with special requests and accommodate changes to reservations as needed.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role, preferably in the hotel industry.
- Proficiency in property management systems and online booking platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
