Education: Hotel Management is a must

Experience: 1 -2 years of experience required

Skillset:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
- Good Communication Skills

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Accurately record reservation details, including customer information, dates, and preferences.
Confirm reservations and provide customers with booking confirmations.

**Customer Service**:Assist customers with inquiries, changes, cancellations, and special requests.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide information about the company's services, policies, and pricing.

**Availability Monitoring**:Monitor room/seat/vehicle availability and recommend alternative options when necessary.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure availability and readiness for incoming guests.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and guest information.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservation activity and occupancy rates.

**Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and sales to ensure smooth guest experiences.
Communicate special requests and preferences to relevant departments.

**Upselling and Cross-Selling**:Suggest additional services or upgrades to enhance the guest's experience.
Promote special offers, packages, or loyalty programs to customers.

**Payment Processing**:Collect payment information and process payments securely.
Ensure accuracy in billing and resolve any billing discrepancies.

**Technology Proficiency**:Utilize reservation software, property management systems, and other relevant tools effectively.
Keep up-to-date with technological advancements in the reservation and travel industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Hospitality or a Hotel Management course is preferred.
- Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in computer systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
