**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients to introduce our products/services, identify their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Research and qualify leads to determine their potential as viable customers.
- Understand each prospect's unique needs and pain points and position our products/services as effective solutions.
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and management to develop lead generation and conversion strategies
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, and other channels Utilize consultative selling techniques to communicate the value proposition of our products/services effectively
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets consistently Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager.
- Continuously improve sales skills through training, self-learning, and feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven B2B inside sales experience, preferably in a technology or business services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and sales strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per hour

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ramamurthy Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
