- **Travel Arrangements**: Making travel arrangements for the executive, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.
- **Information Management**: Organizing and maintaining information databases, contact lists, and other relevant records.
- **Gatekeeping**: Screening and prioritizing incoming requests, messages, and visitors for the executive's attention.
- **Project Support**: Assisting with special projects or initiatives as assigned by the executive, which may involve research, coordination, and follow-up.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintaining confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and matters pertaining to the executive and the organization.
