**Role Description**
- Help customers with returns, exchanges and refund
- Respond to social media queries of customers across IG, meta & other places
- Maintain track record of queries & refunds etc properly
- Assisted sales on WhatsApp chat
- Work with Account Managers of courier partners to resolve customer queries

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English & Hindi
- MUST have worked on E-commerce processes, such as returns, refund, order tracking etc
- Freshers NEED NOT APPLY

Along With your current CTC, expected CTC, notice period,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
