**Role: Customer Support Associate**

**ROLES AND Responsibilities**:

- Calling active and budding clients, Inbound and Outbound process.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Regular following up with the customer.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- sales target.
- Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining
- reports.
- Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.

**Required Skills**:

- Graduates with 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent in English
- Salary : 22K CTC, 17.5K TH
- 6 days working & 1 rotational week off
- Shift Timings : 24/7 rotational shift
- Should have their own laptop and WIFI connection
- Laptop configuration : 8GB RAM, i5 processor, Windows 10
- Should have all relevant documents
