Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will serve as the right-hand person to our Chief Executive Officer,
be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex schedules and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Calendar Management: Maintain the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and
coordinate travel arrangements.

3. Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended
by the CEO. Take minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
4. Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and
itineraries for the CEO.
5. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and handle discreet
matters with professionalism and discretion.
6. Office Management: Oversee the CEO's office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work
environment.
7. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external
stakeholders, including board members, partners, clients, and staff.
8. Project Support: Assist the CEO in managing special projects, researching and analyzing
information, and preparing reports.
9. Reports Management: Track and update the CEO about various reports shared by the
Stakeholders.
10.Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences as
needed.
11.SPOC: Should attend meetings/Functions/events etc., as a Management Representative in
case of unavailability of CEO & update CEO regarding the same.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
- Graduate in any disciple (PG Degree is preferred).
- At least 3+ years of work experience in close interaction with the Top/Middle management.
