Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Administrative Executive located in Gurugram. As an Administrative Executive, you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. This is an on-site role and requires you to be located in Gurugram.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
Work on day-to-day invoicing and collections, documentation, and coordination.
Attending various meetings and preparing notes.
Looking out for tenders, prioritizing them and completing the documentation associated with them.
Creating Spreadsheets, managing databases, and Preparing Presentations.
Preparing and editing documents, such as expense reports, memos and invoices.
Managing day-to-day office administration.
Handling day to day accounting in collaboration with H.O. located in Hyderabad.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Serve as the primary resource for navigating Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portals, including registration, tender search, and bid submission.
Prepare and review all documentation, ensuring it's accurate, complete, and follows office procedure.
Administration: Manage daily office operations.
**Qualifications**:
Experience in an administrative role. (Min 3 yrs)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills
