**Job Title: Administrative Executive**

As an Administrative Executive at Dwaraka Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our co-working and serviced office spaces. You will be responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks, providing vital support to both clients and internal teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the vibrant community within our spaces and facilitate an environment conducive to productivity and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relations**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, including membership setup, orientation, and ongoing support.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

**Facility Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the co-working and serviced office spaces, maintaining cleanliness, order, and functionality.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any issues or repairs promptly, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, replenishing stock as needed to support uninterrupted business operations.

**Administrative Support**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings and events.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring efficient access to information for both clients and staff.

**Community Engagement**:

- Foster a sense of community within the workspace, organizing networking events, workshops, and other activities to promote collaboration and connections among members.
- Actively participate in community initiatives and outreach efforts, seeking opportunities to enhance the overall experience for our clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or co-working industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
