**Job Title**: System Admin

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**: The System Admin will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes managing both systems and network operations, ensuring high availability and performance of critical services, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **System Design and Implementation**:

- Develop and maintain system architecture and design documents.
- Implement and oversee system backups, disaster recovery plans, and data integrity measures.

2. **Network Management**:

- Design, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, latency, and bandwidth.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.

3. **Support and Maintenance**:

- Provide technical support for system and network-related issues, including incident response and troubleshooting.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document and maintain system and network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

4. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other IT staff, project managers, and stakeholders to plan and execute technology solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users as needed.
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergency response.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **1-2 years** of experience in system and network engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), firewall, system troubleshooting, network troubleshooting, routing, and switching.
- Experience with server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Virtualbox, etc.).
- Familiarity with network security practices and tools (firewalls, VPNs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
