**Job Description: Administration Assistant**
**Job Summary**:
An Administration Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a department or team within an organization. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional reception area.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the team.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service orientation.
