**Job Overview**:
The Administrative Assistant/Office Administrator provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, helping to maintain a smooth workflow and providing a range of support services to managers, team members, and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Office Support**:
- Greet visitors and ensure they are attended to promptly.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, restocking when necessary.
- Maintain and update office files, both electronic and physical.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, memos, and other documents.
- Perform data entry, create spreadsheets, and manage databases.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- **Documentation and Filing**:
- Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and physical.
- Retrieve information when requested from the appropriate departments.
- **Financial Administration**:
- Process and manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and maintaining budgets.
- **Coordination and Event Management**:
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and functions.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as the liaison between office staff and management.
- Communicate with external partners and vendors for procurement, facility management, or service agreements.
- **Special Projects**:
- Support management with special projects and tasks as needed, including research, report generation, and process improvements.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or office management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial management principles.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Experience with event coordination and planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
