Hotel Receptionist

**Job description**
- A hotel receptionist serves as the face of the hotel and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests
- They handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay at the hotel
**Responsibilities**:
- Guest Services:Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing room keys
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and services to guests
- Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, and other services for guests as requested
- Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, payments, and personal information
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotels reservation system
- Prepare and complete daily reports and other administrative tasks as assigned
- Customer Relations:Address and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations
- Build strong relationships with repeat guests and regular customers
- Safety and Security:Follow hotel security protocols and ensure the safety and well-being of guests
- Handle emergency situations by following established procedures and protocols
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and payments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
