**Responsibilities**:
Answer phone calls and forward them to respective departments.
Greeting and assisting visitors and clients.
Manage tasks related to pantry, housekeeping, plumbing, carpentry, telephone, SIM, etc.
Handle all types of materials and inward envelopes.
Manage bookings for buses, trains, flights, and hotels.
Facilitate new joining and provide support in interview arrangements.
Handle routine administrative tasks and support other functions.
Manage stationery, medicine, housekeeping orders, pantry stock, and orders.
Assist in organizing employee birthday celebrations and events.
Undertake any work assigned from time to time.

Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments.
Well-organized
Experience: 01-3++ years
Basic Qualification : Any bachelor's degree.
Location : Pune
Salary : As per Industry Standards
Good command over English.
