**Position: Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant**
**Location: Telegaon Dabhade, Pune**
**Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month**
**Experience: Minimum 2 years**
**Job Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Travel and Accommodation Management:
Assist in travel arrangements, including flight bookings and itineraries.
Coordinate hotel bookings for employees and guests, ensuring cost-effectiveness and comfort.
Maintain records of travel and accommodation expenses.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
Guest Relations:
Attend to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
Ensure a positive experience for guests during their stay or visit.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain and organize files and records related to travel and administrative tasks.
Prepare reports as required by management.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Proven experience in travel management and hotel booking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with booking systems and travel management software.
Customer service orientation and a professional demeanor.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
