**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef at Hideaway Cafe & Bar/ Juna Goa. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen operations and ensure the quality of all food served meets the high standards of the establishment. Duties also include inventory management, food cost analysis, training and supervising kitchen staff, and recipe management.
**Qualifications**
- Culinary degree/diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in modern cooking styles with a focus on global cuisines
- Proven experience working in a high-volume kitchen
- Knowledge of menu development and recipe creation
- Strong leadership and communication skills to properly manage kitchen staff
- Understanding of inventory management and food cost analysis
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency
- Ability to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Goa, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
