- Train and lead the culinary team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to the creation of innovative and visually appealing Goan-inspired dishes.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef with expertise in Goan cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of Goan culinary traditions, local ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Creative flair to bring a modern touch to traditional Goan dishes.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Qualifications**:
Extensive experience in preparing and presenting Goan cuisine.
