Customer Support Intern

- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and data.
- Continuously improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in a related field.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
