Job Description: Customer Support Executive (Immediate Joining)
Company: Arooha Travel and Tourism
Location: Calicut.
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Gender Preference: Female
Languages Required: Fluent in English and Hindi
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in customer support and tele-calling
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about travel packages, bookings, and services offered by Arooha Travel and Tourism.
Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy towards customers.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Meet and exceed customer service expectations and targets.
Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
Keep updated with product knowledge and services offered by the company.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience in customer support and tele-calling.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
